What Consult Hotline does

Consult Hotline is a matching service. We publish general information about treatments and we arrange consultations with local clinics for adults who ask us to. There is no cost to you. Clinics pay us to take part.

What we do not do

• We are not a clinic or a medical provider, and we do not provide treatment.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice. Decisions about treatment are between you and a qualified provider.
• We do not guarantee that a clinic is available, that a treatment suits you, or what result you will get.

Prices and information

Prices on this site are typical ranges and are not a quote. The clinic sets its own price after a consultation. We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general and may not apply to you.

Clinics

Clinics are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own services, staff, prices and advice. You are under no obligation to book or buy anything.

Using this site

• You must be 18 or over.
• The details you give us must be your own and must be accurate.
• By submitting a form, you agree that we can contact you by phone, text or email about your request.

Brand names

Device and treatment names belong to their owners. We mention them for information only, and no endorsement is implied.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Consult Hotline is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from a consultation, or from treatment provided by a clinic.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
